I'm a single femboy that wants to explore it more and become as feminized as I can.
<div>the main thing I'm finding difficult about exploring myself sexually is i have massive amounts of anxiety as i was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder along with ptsd but this i was told by my therapist that the easiest way to deal with it is to get more and more used to situations i find anxiety inducing but to go slow at first so that i don't have a relapse to been too scared to go outside.
